Thank you miss Zhu for your ridiculously made easy steps to prepare this dish. Even my chinese teacher said that this dish should be difficult to prepare. I told her that i made in the past more dissicult dishes which i had to throw in garbag because i made it too salty. So thank again missZhu gor making this seemingly difficult dish so easy.

In reply to Tom Lindsey. I usually marinate the fish for 15 to 20 minutes on the countertop while I prepare other ingredients. If you have time and want to prepare ahead, you can marinate the fish in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

This is wonderful. I’m always looking for a nice way to eat fish. This is a bit different from other recipe and very yummy. Not difficult to make. Thank you for the recipe.
