I was gifted a bag of tomatoes today and looked up recipes on Pinterest fir rib fillet and tomatoes.

I saw your recipe and it looked amazing.
Well, it tastes amazing too!

I added a little bit of Chinese give spice and tossed through some baby spinach at the end.

Could I substitute chicken for the beef and would I still have to use cornstarch in the marinade. Regards Russell p.s. I love your recipes so easy to follow for a novice cook
