For 1 serving I used half the mushroom but hardly reduced the amount of sauce ingredients. Had no chickenstock so used water and also had no chili oil 🙁 so added some chopped chili whilst cooking and some dried flakes at the end. Thank you for sharing this recipe – will certainly make it again

Maggie, I tried your Teriyaki recipe for these mushrooms and wasn’t thrilled. My taste buds, I guess. But this recipe is incredibly good. I made your chili oil and used about half the amount you recommended. I don’t like dishes too spicy, but for these I think 2 tsp. would have been fine. Definitely worth a 5-star rating! Thanks for posting!
