I’m going to check my personal library for your cookbook. My wife is Cantonese and we have many cooking books. She seldom cooks and I long for good Chinese food. I ‘eat’ your recipes in every read, and copy them every time I receive your email. Superb! I purchased an Induction hotplate and an appropriate Wok with utensils. I’ve been acquiring various sauces and staples listed in your recipes. I’m about to launch into trying to cook one of your wonderful recipes very soon! Your site is very motivational. Very tasty! My daughter (who typically hates vegetables) asked for a second serving of this. First time eating or cooking choy sum, and will definitely not be my last.

Looks great! I usually use a garlic-soy sauce for Chinese broccoli, but sometimes use it for choy sum as well. Will have you try your variation sometime.
