In reply to Ann. Whole Foods sometimes carry it, depending on your location. It used to be a specialty ingredient but it's getting very popular these days so you might able to find it at a regular grocery store. If not, a Japanese market usually carries it.

I’ve loved mango pudding since I tried it at Dim Sum GoGo years ago. Don’t think it was vegan, tho. Now, I can make it at home! Thank you!

great dessert, thank you, have never made a mango pudding before and love that you use unsweetened cocnut milk and not dairy, just one less thing to worry about!
