My wife loved this recipe and I agree that this would be a great starter recipe to someone new to stir-fry. I made this basically as in the recipe and it was delicious. This will definitely be in the rotation. I am not new to stir frying, have a powerful gas stove and a well seasoned wok. I also love extremely spicy food and my wife not at all. I was able to add freshly ground Szechuan peppercorns and toasted Thai bird chilis to mine for their effect and it was great. Both of us were very happy

It’s too sweet. May be preference. I’ve only had savory chicken and broccoli vs sweet. So will need to modify

This is the closest to restaurant style chicken and brocoli I’ve found. I added a little sesame oil to the pan. So good.
